Prayer Ministry

The purpose of the Christ Church Prayer Ministry is to seek the Lord on behalf of others.
Prayer requests can be made by email to prayer@cc-um.org, by calling the prayer line at 936.273.2030, ext 555, and by using the Worship Prayer Journal on Sunday mornings. Prayers are processed and sent to the Prayer warriors via the Christ Church Prayer Chain.
Prayer meetings are held in the Prayer Chapel on Tuesday mornings at 8:15am.
In the monthly newsletter a list of names who have special prayer needs is published so church members can pray privately for these needs.
Prayer Shawls are prayed over and delivered as a tangible reminder of God's loving presence in the midst of difficult circumstances.
Pyro Nite is hosted by the Student Ministries on the third Monday of every month from 7:30-9:00 PM in the sanctuary.
Disciples are needed to pray and to make prayer shawls.
