PRAYER

Prayer opens our hearts to the power of God’s love. Prayer is how we become channels of God’s love for the world. Prayer is a gift from God – He wants to hear from us!
Pray for Others – If you would like to be part of Christ Church’s prayer chain and receive emails with prayer requests from our congregation, please contact Karen Smith.

The Prayer Tree is located in The Commons and a part of the Prayer Ministry. Complete a prayer “leaf” and it will be prayed over by the church.

To submit a prayer request, you may send an email message to prayer@cc-um.org. If you would prefer a more private prayer request, you can contact Dr. Marc Donaldson.

Christ’s Riches

My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. – Philippians 4:19 NKJV

Oh, Lord, what a promise You have made to me, that You will supply all I need through Christ. He is my good Shepherd; with Him I shall not want! Help me to rest confidently in the assurance that in Your time my prayers will be answered. Let my prayer time be more than utterances of what I desire but a time of fellowship with You, knowing that You will provide what I need. Amen.

Guide Me

Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. – Psalm 37:4 KJV

Lord, as I come before You today, delighting in Your presence, I ask for Your divine guidance. You know the desires of my heart—to know, love, and live in You. Show me the way You want me to go. Give me the courage to face the future, knowing that because You go before me, I need never be afraid. Amen.
