PRAYER

Prayer opens our hearts to the power of God’s love. Prayer is how we become channels of God’s love for the world. Prayer is a gift from God – He wants to hear from us!
Pray for Others – If you would like to be part of Christ Church’s prayer chain and receive emails with prayer requests from our congregation, please contact Karen Smith.

The Prayer Tree is located in The Commons and a part of the Prayer Ministry. Complete a prayer “leaf” and it will be prayed over by the church.

To submit a prayer request, you may send an email message to prayer@cc-um.org. If you would prefer a more private prayer request, you can fill out the form below or contact Dr. Marc Donaldson.

Cares

When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul. – Psalm 94:19 ESV

Dear Father, I’m reminded in Your Word that You will perfect everything that concerns me. That’s a big and merciful promise, Father. It’s a promise that causes me to pause, breathe deeply, and release the heaviness of my cares to You. Loving Father, thank You for caring for me so tenderly and completely. Amen.

Career

Your words are a flashlight to light the path ahead of me and keep me from stumbling – Psalm 119:105 TLB

Dear Lord, a new path is awaiting me that is both exciting and daunting. I believe this is part of Your plan for my life, and I thank You for this wonderful opportunity. Guide me in my decisions. Help me be diligent, responsible, and ever thankful for Your provision. Thank You for the relief it brings from financial strain and the satisfaction my career provides. Amen.
