PRAYER

Prayer opens our hearts to the power of God’s love. Prayer is how we become channels of God’s love for the world. Prayer is a gift from God – He wants to hear from us!
Pray for Others – If you would like to be part of Christ Church’s prayer chain and receive emails with prayer requests from our congregation, please contact Karen Smith.

The Prayer Tree is located in The Commons and a part of the Prayer Ministry. Complete a prayer “leaf” and it will be prayed over by the church.

To submit a prayer request, you may send an email message to prayer@cc-um.org. If you would prefer a more private prayer request, you can fill out the form below or contact Dr. Marc Donaldson.

Be a Blessing

Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. – Romans 12:9-10

Lord, I want to be a blessing to others. I will pray for the ones You bring to mind—those who need prayer most. I bless all of them, Lord, whether I know them well or not, because You love them. Help me to be sincere in honoring them. I pray for their needs, their salvation, and their healing. I pray also that they would learn to know and enjoy You.

My Church Family

Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. – Galatians 6:10

Lord, I thank You for my church and the people there, my brothers and sisters in Christ. May we grow together as a family of believers as we learn to love and serve each other. Although we are different, help us to respect each other and seek to build up one another. It is a blessing to have people to experience life with, both the good times and the bad. May we be better connected as we all learn to know You and love You more.
