PRAYER

Prayer opens our hearts to the power of God’s love. Prayer is how we become channels of God’s love for the world. Prayer is a gift from God – He wants to hear from us!
Pray for Others – If you would like to be part of Christ Church’s prayer chain and receive emails with prayer requests from our congregation, please contact Karen Smith.

The Prayer Tree is located in The Commons and a part of the Prayer Ministry. Complete a prayer “leaf” and it will be prayed over by the church.

To submit a prayer request, you may send an email message to prayer@cc-um.org. If you would prefer a more private prayer request, you can fill out the form below or contact Dr. Marc Donaldson.

The Healing Edge

People . . . begged him to let the sick just touch the edge of his cloak, and all who touched him were healed. – Matthew 14:35-36 NIV

Lord, when I connect with You, when my body is filled with Your power and love, nothing can harm me. I am healed from within. Fill me now with Your presence. Heal my body, soul, and spirit. I praise Your name, for You are the one that heals me, saves me, loves me! Amen.

God’s Masterpiece

We are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. – Ephesians 2:10 NLT

You have shaped me into the  unique person I am today. You have created me to do good works. I am awed that You prepared things in advance for me to do. From the very beginning, You made me for a specific job in Your kingdom. Give me the courage to take hold of that task. Help me not to shy away from the challenges that face me. Amen.
