PRAYER

Prayer opens our hearts to the power of God’s love. Prayer is how we become channels of God’s love for the world. Prayer is a gift from God – He wants to hear from us!
Pray for Others – If you would like to be part of Christ Church’s prayer chain and receive emails with prayer requests from our congregation, please contact Karen Smith.

The Prayer Tree is located in The Commons and a part of the Prayer Ministry. Complete a prayer “leaf” and it will be prayed over by the church.

To submit a prayer request, you may send an email message to prayer@cc-um.org. If you would prefer a more private prayer request, you can fill out the form below or contact Dr. Marc Donaldson.

Submit a Prayer Request:

In God’s Arms

Then I said to you “Do not be terrified; do not be afraid of them. The LORD your God, who is going before you, will fight for you, as he did for you in Egypt, before your very eyes, and in the desert. There you saw how the LORD your God carried you, as a father carries his son, all the way you went until you reached this place.” – Deuteronomy 1:29-31 NIV

No matter what I face today, You, Lord, are going before me. You will lead me through the desert, sustaining me with Your living water. When I am tired, You will carry me like a child, until I reach the place You have intended for me. Amen.

Breath of Life

The LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. – Genesis 2:7 KJV

It is through You that I have life. Each and every day, You breathe life into my soul. You send my spirit soaring. Thank You for the gift of life. I dedicate it to Your service. Where would You like me to go? What shall I do? Which path shall I take? Speak to me as I remain still, listening for Your voice, awaiting Your direction. Amen.
