PRAYER
My Coworker
“Then hear from heaven Your dwelling place, and forgive, and render to each according to all his ways, whose heart You know for You alone know the hearts of the sons of men.” – 2 Chronicles 6:30 NASB
Lord, You can see into everyone’s heart. You know the good and the bad in all of us. Right now, I feel as if my coworker has inflicted only his “bad” upon me. Yet perhaps other things are going on in his life that I cannot see and do not know. But You know all. Please, Lord, help me to forgive him as You forgive me. And when I see him today, give me peace in my heart, the right words to say and a loving attitude. Amen.

My Purpose
The LORD has made everything for its purpose. – Proverbs 16:4 NRSV
Lord, what am I supposed to do? I’m not sure why I’m at this job. Or am I not to have a career but be a stay-at-home parent? Have I made the wrong decision? Am I walking in Your will or have I been led by my own desires? Show me, Lord, which way You want me to go. If there is some new challenge You want me to undertake, please tell me. Let me hear Your voice. Renew my mind this morning so that I can know Your good and perfect will for my life. Amen.
