And now, O Israel, what does the LORD your God ask of you but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to observe the LORD’s commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good? – Deuteronomy 10:12-13 NIV

Lord, some days bring trials, others bring joy. Today brings a mixture of both. Help me embrace today’s complexities, questions, and ordinary demands. My pace has been so fast, sometimes even reckless, that I tend to forget to seek You. Forgive me, Lord. Just sitting here in Your presence changes my outlook for the rest of this day and fills me with hope. Thank You for Your steadying presence. Amen.
