Family Promise – Once a quarter Christ Church hosts several homeless families for a week. There are many ways you can  assist – transportation, food, overnight hosting, set up/clean up, and laundry.
Next available Dates:  March 17-24, May 5-12, August 25 – September 1, December 8 – 15
 
PACN Volunteer Training – Pregnancy Assistance Center North (PACN)

Dates/Time: Jan 29, 31, Feb 1, 5, 7 & 8 from 6 – 9:30 pm (Light dinner is served) (21 hours total training)

Location: PACN Spring/Woodlands Center, 26464 I-45 North, Spring TX 77386

Cost: $50 per individual (scholarships available)

Redeemed Ministries: Provide a Sunday evening meal serving 8-10 people for Redeemed Ministries safe house and the women it serves. Signup to cook and transport meal.
 
 
Food Bank – First Sunday of every month — Drop off your non-perishable items to the shopping cart located in the Commons.  Volunteers will deliver these items to the Interfaith of The Woodlands Food Pantry.

Spring Break Mexico Mission Trip

Join us as we support our family at the Albergue in Galeana, Mexico.
  • Trip dates – March 9th – March 16th
  • 1st meeting date – February 17th – 12:15pm – 1:30pm
  • 2nd meeting date – March 3rd – 12:15pm – 1:30pm
  • Cost – $350.00 per person

The Albergue provides housing, meals, school supplies and a nurturing Christian environment for teenagers in need of a high school education. In addition to supporting the Albergue, this trip will also include jobs on Plain Gospel Missions “To Do” List

 

Summer Costa Rica Mission Trip

Today, there are over 100 churches or preaching points throughout the country; plus, a rural farm center, a rural camp, a conference center, the Methodist School, the Methodist University and Seminary, a medical clinic, and the Methodist Children´s Home.

Meals Ministry: Provide meals for people in need.  Transportation Team: Provide transportation to those in need for doctor’s appointments, rides to church, etc.  Visitation Team: Visit shut-ins, elderly, etc.  Prayer Chain: Receive email prayer requests.  Prayer Shawl Ministry: Crochet prayer shawls for folks who are hospitalized, shut-ins, or in need of comfort.
